- 226 g unsalted butter, soft (1 cup)
- 60 g powdered sugar (1/2 cup)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 270 g all-purpose flour (2 1/4 cups)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 120 g pecans, toasted & finely chopped (1 cup)
- Extra powdered sugar for rolling
Method
- Beat butter & sugar; add vanilla.
- Mix in flour, salt; fold in pecans.
- Scoop 1 tbsp balls; chill 20 min.
- Bake 350°F / 177°C for 12–14 min.
- Roll warm cookies in powdered sugar; repeat when cool.
